Industrial Automation has been working with both large multi-national and medium-sized UK companies in the food & drink sector for the last 10 years. We have designed automation solutions for picking and placing fruit pies into protective wrapping, develped production processes for environmentally & economically friendly packaging for food liquids and streamlined the depalletisation process for bottling and filling drinks into cans and bottles, to name but a few of our recent projects.

The PTS Transfer System offers unique and flexible solutions for pallet load transfers of trays or containers, which typically hold perishable food products (chicken, meats, bread etc.), in vertical stack arrangements. |

Pallet Debander
The Pallet Debander automatically locates, cuts and removes vertical plastic straps from pallets. Ideally suited for palletised cans and bottles, the Debander helps to reduce costs and improve efficiency. In use world-wide with major soft drinks / beer manufacturers. |

Layer Debander
The Layer Debander is mounted on to a depalletising unit and automatically locates, cuts and removes the horizontal plastic strap in a layer of bottles. Helps to reduce labour costs and minimise broken bottles.
