The SMART 500 is ideal for palletising low density, high volume products such as snacks or cereals. Based on an innovative design using simple robust mechanics, it offers a compact footprint combined with an exceptionally low installed height – ideal for palletising within restricted available space. The SMART 500 creates a stack from the top down, allowing for interleave layers or pallet insertion half way up the stack – this means that the finished stack can be much higher than the machine itself. The system can be complemented with an automatic product in-feed conveyor and pallet dispenser.
