The PEJ2 Cold Splice Jointing Machine joins rubber extrusion using PE hot melt film, achieving increased output, quality and strength of join compared to traditional vulcanising methods. This highly flexible process can be used with sponge, solid and carrier reinforced extrusion and clear or black PE hot melt film.

- Fabric covered extrusion and taped extrusion can be joined as the holding tooling is not heated.
