The Robotec carries one head and its associated strap sensing equipment so that each band is sequentially and logically removed.

The Debander can be used with a range of robots to suit end customer preference.

Additional equipment including shredders, and extraction can all be offered with the Robotec as with other Debander equipment.

The Robotec is an ideal option where a Debander is retro-fitted into an existing line as its compact size and flexibility allows it to fit into often very restricted production environments that may not have been planned for automated strap removal.
