The 3-axis pick and place head allows varying sizes of sheets to be handled utilising multiple vacuum cup stations. Incorporated into the machine are high level rollers to allow material to bypass the unit so that continuous product can also be handled. The control system allows manual joystick control of the unit, with an array of sensors and limit switches used for safe automatic use.
