The Robotec Debander is the ideal solution for customers with limited space or reduced throughput. IA has taken key parts of our long established Debander System and mounted them flexibly onto a robot arm. The robust and production proven head utilises a sensor to locate then cuts and remove straps placing them into a granulator for shredding.

Trunk and boot switches are typically electrically powered. For a major automotive component manufacturer a system was developed to add product badges to switch components and encapsulate the whole assembly in epoxy, electrically testing each unit.
